I want to really improve in my pre season this year, last year I pulled out of a lot of the exercises in pre season which is embarrassing and also frustrating for myself! Last year i played half forward and towards the end of the season I made my way into the midfield which I'm aiming to start from round 1! I was just wanting some tips on how to prepare myself as best as i can for the high demand pre season, this year Leigh Adams (former North Melbourne player) has been appointed as the senior coach and is going to have 3 nights of training a week, i really need some help on what to eat before sessions and help on my mental strength (how to push past my pain barriers) feedback would be greatly appreciated
