I can give them to you however their is a problem if you didn't activate it by about a year ago their is nothing that can be done.
Don't send him the instructions that I sent you, they are an old version and I have updated them.
The instructions only work if you have activated the game before the system shut down, and if you still have access to an old backup of the game that had been activated or the old computer that has/had the game.
cfc4life I remember seeing your name somewhere and I thought it was because I sent you a pm sometime ago with the instructions, but it was actually that you posted a visitor message on my profile. I was supposed to send you the instructions but I just forgot about it. I will send them now.

You can't get it to work on a new pc. Only the one it's registered on... I believe this is the case at least.
It's also disappointing to see people registering just to ask to get the instructions, at least make a contribution to the forum (I know I can't exactly talk - but I've been busy lately).

This is not true, The set of instructions I made was actually to bypass the 2 license limit (ie to get the game working on a new pc). With the 2 computers that I originally had the game on, one of them don't work and the other I had uninstalled windows on it (It is a Mac), so I tried finding a way to get it working on the computer I'm using now, so I play the game with this computer. The only thing is that you need to be connected to the same internet connection as when you activated it, so if you switched providers then I believe it doesn't work.

I have updated my instructions to make them more detailed, I've bumped our conversation with the new ones. People usually pm me if they need any help with the game, but if someone does post, you can pm them the instructions (the new ones I just sent you)

Has anyone tried playing Brisbane with the 2011 lists, just starting and they have a horrible list all of them are either old or not that good.

Yeah, their list is pretty poor. The best thing you can do is trade for draft picks. Another thing that seemed to work for me with the Brisbane lists is to sacrifice a tall forward - probably Staker, but Fev an Brown SOMETIMES work if they aren't doing to well up forward, and have them play loose or double team a key forward.

Nearly finished my first season and no chance of finals yet the board thinks they should make it confusing. Although Brown is leading the Coleman
Your only hope is the trade week. Put all your players up in the trade table and see what you get. If I can recall, with the 2011 you can get a few decent players in the first year such as Montagna, Dal Santo, Ball, Moloney and Sylvia. If you continue to do this in the 2nd and 3rd years, you will find yourself being offered Ablett or Cooney or other A grade players for either one of your best players, or a drafted player with a peak in the high 80s or low 90s.

Funniest thing happened Essendon won 20 games in the home and away season and finished 1st then bowed out in straight sets

Then Hawthorn lost to geelong in the grand final
I've seen 5th-8th place win the grand final before, I've also done it myself without cheating. It's not a rare thing in the game.
I had a game where I took them over about three seasons in and they were actually pretty good by than.

Doing not so badly got some really good youngsters in eg P.Black (son of S.Black), D.Blacko,J.Zanker who are all really good. Also traded and I got A.Otten, H.Macintosh, Wells, Foley, and the kangas scott thompson. Evened out the team a bit got a starting of a great defence and midfield.
What is the hardest team to coach in 2011 lists? I remember starting out as Melbourne in the 2011 or the 2012 lists and I managed to pick up Deledio, Ablett and a 2 other players rated 90+ within the first 3 years. I think I won the premiership in the 4th or 5th year.
It's very hard to win with the Swans.

Not melbourne thats for sure got some really good players early on and got into prelims in my 3rd year. Maybe North

I was just reminded why I love this game so much... these all happened in one season:
-"Your 201 point loss to Hawthorn was acceptable.
You 42 point loss to Brisbane was disappointing."
-Traded Taggert and got Ablett. Some guy with a peak of 78 for Shaun Higgins.
-Collingwood sacked Mick Malthouse, signed Brett Ratten. Carlton sacked Brett Ratten, signed Mick Malthouse and the mind games started straght away. Carlton signed Ratten's son with pick 10 and he wasn't even that good a player.
-1 Week Shane Mumford did his ACL... 1 week later Mike Pyke did his ACL.

Just Kicked from Brisbane now coaching swans
I think im going to to go back to my 2070 Save from sometime ago. I remember being sacked from Geelong in the late 50s or early 60s, will have to check when I get on my other computer. Currently coaching Carlton and managed to get them into the finals, Lets hope I can get a premiership, don't have any players rated 90+ but got a bunch of mids rated 85-89 which are really good.
