Alright guys, it's that time of the year again. Now that the 2017 AFL season has finished, I will be updating the new lists for the upcoming 2018 season. With retirements and the NAB trade/free agency drafts starting next week, now is the best possible time to start on this big project.

At the end of last season I said to myself, that 2017 was going to be my last season doing these lists, however over the past couple of weeks, I have some-what found the passion again so hopefully there are some people who are out there that still love playing this game and hopefully these lists will be used with hours and hours of game play.

Like every season, these lists won't be perfect so please keep the negative comments to a minimum as we all have different opinions on every player/team ratings. I'm not sorry if my lists are accurate to everyones liking, as I'll be doing my best to replicate the real AFL ratings.

It's a big job and with a bub due in the next couple of days, will make it a bigger and more stressful job for myself so bare with me with these lists and I hope you enjoy. I will be updating as I go.

Love your work Haydo, cant wait to get started with the new list, just wondering if theres any chance if adding the GWS players for drafts and things
 
Just a thought on GWS players. Add them to the rookie list of the other clubs. Clubs that players were traded from go back onto that clubs list. E.G. Heath Shaw traded from Collingwood to GWS so he would reappear on Collingwood's list. The players who were drafted to the club get zoned into clubs. Patton was drafted from Eastern Ranges (from memory) & the closet club to that is Hawthorn, ends up on Hawthorn rookie list.

Otherwise excited to see the 2018 lists in the game.

With the now being overhauled original game, does that mean the 2018 lists will be put on hold until the original is finished with the overhaul?

At this stage that'll probably be the case. I'll keep you posted if things change with the new game
