Fair call Nuffie. However both Maroochydore and Noosa came up without significant influx of talent. You’d reckon they’ll be competitive in most games but not enough to make finals.

Agree and they’ve got a great coach and support crew in place so it will come in time.

2025 Ladder prediction:

1. Aspley - Hungry again
2. Morningside - Lost some gained some
3. Palm Beach - They’re coming in hot
4. Maroochydore - The Cumberland Show
5. Redlands - In the mix
6. Surfers - Replacing Lappin will be hard
7. Broadbeach - May surprise some
8. Labrador - Very competitive at home
9. Sherwood - Year of steady progress
10. Wilston Grange - Lost a few key players
11. Noosa - Stay healthy and may win more
12. Coorparoo - Building first year
13. Bye - Hard to score against
14. Mount Gravatt - Final year in qafl

Big difference in my opinion though on the talent levels that Maroochy and Noosa came up to QAFL with than what Coorparoo are coming up with. QAFL has also gotten much better over than when those two teams came in as well.

TBH we totally misread the brief in our first year, whilst we were in games we were way off the mark and that was without Aspley and Redlands dropping back which ofcourse have made the comp much stronger! 2022/23 were very competitive whilst the other two very disapointing!Had no luck with injuries and an uncompetitive Reserves team certainly didn’t help this year but working hard to rectify now!
Agree with Aspley and Palmy being the teams to beat but I’d throw in the ‘Green Slime’ from up the road also😂

Not my place to announce recruits as I only play a helping hand in getting some of them. But they have a few good ones that will no doubt come out.

I think they will be better side than last year.
Rumour has it Harry Arnold is relocating back to Brisbane VFL so no doubt Morningside will be trying to secure him for unders on points…

it's not really unders. VFL players are the same points at every club, really the only whinging is about the pretend VFL players isn't it?

Arnold would be fair game for everyone, would think Broady get first crack given the connections?

Wouldn't think he plays much QAFL though
