And FWIW, I've never signed up because I won't use credit cards on the net, except when absolutely necessary (eg. airline bookings). OK, I could send you $15 (or, say, Rp 100,000), but can't be assed trying to work out how to do that either.

When you say card, do you mean credit card? Because I just re-joined recently and had no problems doing it without paypal by using my credit card.

But it asks for your address, which must match the card statement address (it would appear). Which for me is Indonesia, which it will not accept.
