Gaynor has been really good - lot of potential there. I think the wind went out of the sails when Bonnie and Amber collided. Down two rotations relatively early hasn’t helped.

Looks like Freo has ToM Hawkins out there
Shitty way to start the season.
Our ball movement looks way off the quality of last year, although it was good to see Nanscawen and Prespakis pick up wgere they left off. Thought Bannister was good as well.
Unable to capitalise on field position dominance in the first quarter and seemed to drop our heads after the collision, even though we had a mini rally later.
Liked the look of Keaney. Think we've got a bit of pace and skill with her. Tighe though, wow.
Hopefully Clarke comes through okay. Any word on Bonnie's knee?

Commentary on the ABC was a bit crap, move the magnets, but they did bring up the crowd a bit. Said it seemed full but the figure was under capacity. Think they went with 3820 attendance and a capacity of 5k.
The interesting bit was they mentioned that the AFL have said in order to extend the season beyond 10 games, the AFLW has to average crowds of 6k. Any venue short of 6k capacity, the crowd shall be deemed as a 5k crowd if filled to capacity.
Not sure if this is where they get the 5k figure for Windy Hill, but shows what needs to happen to extend the 10 game mickey-mouse comp format.
