Sunday - Video, followed by light run and skills
Monday - Specified position training - focus on defence
Tuesday - Full skills session + match practice
Wednesday - Rest, individual players may do light gym or further video sessions
Thursday - High intensity, defined skills.

Grandsun will conduct each session, talk to him about locations and times.
