Flew down to Launceston with mum for the game tonight, great win. Thought I was the only person in the entire stadium wearing a barcode guernsey until right at the very end with another bloke had one too (admittedly more faded and old-looking).
Awesome ground to watch footy at, beers were about $2 each cheaper than the 'G too which was nice.

In reality, I know the feeling. When we had the huge bushfires a few years ago in the Blue Mountains it was actually about to threaten our house. Big eye-opener when it spread like, well... wildfire

Last year and possibly years before, Fox Footy strongly used pennants as part of their opening to their broadcasts. I'm sure they'll be the same as them.

The pennants are only for AFL. Football's icon is a hexagon, NRL's is two chevrons, rugby's is XV, motorsport's is a chequered flag and cricket and tennis don't seem to have one.
