Sorry to hear mate. I know during COVID lock downs flying solo was quite rough. Thankfully I have great next door neighbours on one side that were happy to come out and have a chat. Hope things turn around soon.

I had 3 hrs of sleep last night and woke up to bullshit messages from Hawks supporters and well Mister B ‘s and bedford ‘s FB is flooded with my anger.
It’s one reason why I’m over football. I say “Go Swans” just once and World War III breaks out.
I got cough medicine from a friend also which hopefully helps me sleep and not be a campaigner myself on FB
At the moment, I’m just relaxing at the front of my house watching the lightning draw near and listening to my music on my iPhone.
Currently, music is the only thing that’s made me smile and keep sane to be honest.
Hopefully things pick up, I felt like things were piling up on me after the dog dying

Have to complete a 3-4 hour online Mental Health First Aid course for work by Monday. 20 minutes in and I have decided this club is shit for my mental health and the course itself is not much better for my mental health.
