Maybe you should go down there, you might like it. Just ask one of the players where to find it and go there for an hour and pump the crap out of the weights with your arms and legs. Then get addicted to it for the next 5 months and put on 8kgs. Then you would actually improve your major weakness in your game and you may not get embarrased playing one on one anymore. In 2004 and 2005 you played fairly well across half back, so with another strength to your game you can become a more confident player and fill any voids. 196cm and 105kg would make you the same dimensions as Richo and Gehrig.
