Hard to tell how bad that quarter was until both teams have had a go at both ends.

That said, pretty obvious it was a bad idea to rest Walker in this specific match unless he is carrying something. This is a lot of players' first match in trash conditions at AFL standard and it shows.
 
No, it wouldn't be the same because it is a forward line issue.

The thing with good ball movement is there is a predictability to it, and that's born by having good key forwards who are being that focal point/reliable target + a get out contested mark.
Disagree that it’s a forward line issue so far.
Skill and effort have been the big issues.

We got took out our focal points and you can see how disjointed our ball movement is.

It's a coalface, basic midfield issue today.

Back to earth and shown up in all areas of endeavour in all aspects of AFL football.
Some of tackling or non tackling been pathetic and allowing them to run free to move ball clearly and easily .
Least EH and Gallant having a go more than some of our over hyped futures like Rachelle whose approach can be described as casual at the best.
Umpiring is certainly not helping cause.
