Eddie barely kicks any goals these days.

Mostly because he can’t get near the ball - and when he does he’s attempting “Goal of the Year” every time.

For a player that can't get near the ball anymore, 32 goals on the year (20 in 15 games if you don't count the Gold Coast games, would be equal 3rd for us) isn't too bad.

Would take him to work with our young indigenous players whichever of them remain at the club (SPS, Garlett, etc.).

If form precludes him from being in the 22 and he spends some time at the NB's in a mentorship / coaching role then so be it.

I think he averages 3 goals a game against us and we probably may have played him back into form.

I don’t think he’s finished but I also think something is NQR down at West Lakes

Haven’t been this pumped for a game since ‘13 elim... seriously. We haven’t had a game where there’s been ‘something’ on the line for years.

Albeit our ladder position this feels like this has plenty - a real movement in the pick swaps + the boost of Teagues chances of getting the gig being the main 2.

Stills seems like a 50/50 game to me.

Feel that we'll be a little more energetic, whilst Adelaide somewhat more organised.
Don't want Walker to be too pumped for this game, but if he is, want Jones to even more so.

Main worry is Phillips in the ruck. If he continues to tap the ball to the 'disadvantage' of our mids, it will get hard.
Just want him to compete and neutralise the contests. That would do just fine.
