Every game as a sub he plays is the same.

He comes on in the last quarter for a couple of nothing touches and to be pinged HTB at least twice.

If there was some Sub statistic about impact and how much stock is put into the tactical side of it we would be dead last in the competition.

Not sure about that. When was the last time he even played a full game? Brodie is playing full games for Peel and clearly improving. Ras is playing sub each week and stagnating.
