I wouldn't either...

Yeah, Furies were really an OK team this season to banter against, nothing special, but not excruciating. I'd probably would of been wishing for Bears/Warriors though.

That said, Rats were the team that improved massively banter wise throughout the season. Their early games were appalling, but i mean i get why.

One of the highlights in the prelim thread was when Ant Bear had a bit to drink and was drunk posting. Millky95 can back me up on this. Highlights included "I am thr king of the world" or something.

At least it wasn't the Royals or Hawks. We had in the latter section of the season, Royals, followed by Hawks. Posted zilch in that period.

Classic drunk posting.

Hawks were really bad, like we didn't get over 3 pages up until the match. Royals weren't great either, as there really isn't anything there outside of Blacky that's active and good.

We got like 8 pages for the week or something. I basically didn't give a crap, couldn't be stuffed trying to make something impossible happen. Thank **** the Hawks have sorted themselves out. The Royals aren't looking good outside adding Footypie32, the arseh*le.

Hawks match threads just had that feeling to them all season, wasn't a fun place to be.

Royals are in a bit of strife, Furies as well, but that's just the cycle of the SFA. They'll be in trouble, then sort themselves out whilst another team capitulates.

The Furies will take a bit of a backward step, but should be fine IMO. The Wolves aren't looking good and I must say, we're in need of reinforcement

Furies are in for some pain this season, if they don't bring anyone in. They're not an overly strong posting side to begin with, and losing two of their best will hurt big.

Wolves will be the Swamprats of this season posting wise. Lots of rookies, with most of them being unrefined, so there will be some growing pains there.

Agree - the prelim was my favourite thread of the year.

Somehow my 237cm, 135kg frame has grown to a 237cm, 154kg frame in about a week. Hopefully this helps my hitting ability.
