Then they have to accommodate them. It’s not as cut and dry as the employer having to implement whatever is recommended by the treating doctor indefinitely.
Point being a good employer would care about their employee returning to full health and continuing in the profession they have worked their whole life to progress in.
Particularly if they value the work of the employee at their best.

The bowling of the redbacks has major question marks.

Would like to see Spencer Johnson get a run.

I'm not sure if there's much around the local scene in the way of bowlers, that's why they're always looking interstate. Spencer Johnson, there's a blast from the past. I heard he was playing T20, but we need more from a quick who bowls 4 overs in 3 spells.

He’s been bowling well in second XI and was clocking 150k in BbL.

Honestly AO has been a win the toss and bowl deck for 10 years... this a actually atypical being a road (and it is), WA won the toss I believe.

Not a totally surprising day, I really hope we don’t have a bowling line up like this for the final.

Stobo continues to impress me though when given an opportunity.
Moody continues to not.
It’s really amazing how Hardie is a decent bowler at the WACA, but drops away so dramatically when we travel.

This is a formidable batting line up though, I’m confident we could chase down any score, and would be very surprised if SA could bowl us out twice.

I said the same. Johnson was the next big thing then injury struck and he spent years battling a dicky ankle that refused to heal. Have watched him in several Seconds matches and he is quick (perhaps express) and surprisingly accurate. Is still reasonably young, enthusiastic, a good team man and far from past his best.

Daniel Drew credits his sudden form with the willow to a 20 min chat with master batsman Steven Smith. He said after talking with Smithy he tweaked a couple of technical things and yesterday batting in the vital #3 spot he has perhaps set up the spiders to win.

Dont agree. Recall he dropped several sitters in Tests in the slips because he has a poor catching technique by trying to take them with his palms facing outwards.

Wasn't really taking his ability into account, it was a catch straight to him that anyone should be taking 9/10.

Anyways, what are we doing here? Chewing through overs without really scoring. Easier said than done but need to move the game on a bit.
