That's all well and good but the truth is Nisbett runs the show at the eagles, joined the club as football manager in 1989 and has been CEO since 99.
4-1 in the premiership count vs Eddie too, and 1-0 head-to-head

He's like a grown version of one of the guys from the inbetweeners!Don't forget mocking the disabled lady for not tossing a coin properly! The bloke is a gaffe machine.

They really should've been in the 2019 grand final too. That GWS loss sent them on their way.amazing how down hill they have gone since 2018. Everyone thought that loss to us would spur them on with all the talent they have... All gone now!
By football in general, do you mean Collingwood followed by Victoria?I'm not a fan of Eddie McGuire but i can't dispute his passion for his club and football in general. I think it's a shame that the media horde and social media beast have run him out of town after 23 years. Say what you like about the man but his contribution should be applauded.
How many other clubs would take on an independent inquiry that no one was calling for? There's a lot of anger about the injustices in the world at the moment and it seems like everyone is looking for someone to blame. Racism has no place in this industry or any industry but to squarely place all blame at his feet is unjust.
Farewell Eddie and thank you for loving the game of footy as much as you have.
So the AFL have made yet another rule change that's sure to frustrate the hell out everyone and giving the umpires more power and another reason to cheat and determine the result.
Player on the mark can no long have any lateral movement and if player even slightly moves will award the opposition a 50 metre penalty.
Seriously does it ever stop. Absolute joke and you just no we will get screwed a few times every match with this. I hate Steve Hocking and the ump department. Need to sack that whole department. Is not needed at all.

"The Secret Harbour man..."
Explains it all really. Lousy Southies!
The King Kong thing was amazingly stupid but clearly unintentional. How he managed to survive after the Adam Goodes King Kong thing AND the 'jokingly' drowning of Caro is beyond me.
That reminds me to put $100 on the suns for round 1.Hoon charged after breaking into Optus Stadium, driving recklessly

Theyve still managed to finish higher than us since 18 both years as well as knocking us out the finals. They really should've been in the 2019 grand final too. That GWS loss sent them on their way.
Aaaaaand he's gone
But not in the least bit surprisingfrom Caroline Wilson’s piece https://www.watoday.com.au/sport/afl/ed-it-should-never-have-ended-like-this-20210209-p570zg.html
“His work behind the scenes granted Collingwood prime position at the MCG and later he was a major player in the deal with Premier Daniel Andrews that secured the grand final at football’s traditional home for decades.”
That’s pretty sh*t
And for being a key member of the runts that got the game to stay at the g for the next 10,000 years.I'm not a fan of Eddie McGuire but i can't dispute his passion for his club and football in general.
