Maybe you are still being potty-trained, but adults like me understand when they "need to go" and make the relevant moves to ensure they are urinating in the appropriate place. This is why festivals and concerts provide toilets and the punters don't just walk around wearing diapers.

I was there he was about one of 20 to 25 people i saw getting a fine including my stupid cousin
The main problem was the women using the men's toilet leaving guys to piss in the palm garden area
They where getting away with it earlier before the police showed up
