AFL protocols are part of the agreement between the AFL and the QLD government. So they technically breached this agreement. They didn't specifically break the QLD covid rules but that is a moot point here.

It is worth remembering that the state leaders have bent over backwards to accommodate the requirements of the AFL. They didn't have to. As a collective they could have prevented the competition from happening. Yes, they have been holding a different standard for AFL players. Without that, there would have been no AFL this year. It would be nice for AFL players and supporters to keep that in mind and show a little appreciation. They've been pushing their luck.

Maybe but they probably needed 10 weeks as they weren't going to play this year anyway. So 4 games or so wouldnt be much of a penalty at all.

Has Richmond come out with a statement saying they weren't in /evicted from a Strip club?
That would be a pretty prudent thing to do I would think.
