A solid start turned poor last night but i was lucky enough to escape with Richo as my only casualty! Also I have Ablett so didn't need to take the Richoman captain road (dropped Swan as captain in DT for the first time all year and named richo though).

Anyone know anything about the severity? I already have Skipworth on the bench and Dick not playing so would need to lose Skippy or Richo if this is a hammy strain.
