OMG you are so ****ing stupid and illiterate, it says if you looked it says average of 1.6 a game.
Collingwood supporters:p
Keep digging that hole.

Richardson, not by much though, when Rocca kicks a couple early he can easily kick big bags, but inconsistantcy kills him whereas Richo has generally been consistant throughout his whole career.

Although I just looked at the results which would tend to disagree with my thoughts it was a good comparison. Surely the nuff nuffs would be getting behind Pebbles - or have even they lost the faith?
most of the nuff nuffs can actually recognise that Richo is streets ahead, except of course for the odd exception like CC

Both second tier forwards. Hard to say. Both sooks who are inconsistent. Good comparison - good poll.

Richo>Tredrea in every way except the size of their noggins, then it's
Tredrea's swollen head>Richo

Keep believing that champ. Greater All Australians, greater premiership medallions, greater finals appearances, greater premiership captain
WHile Tredders may have a few accolades on Richo, Richo has played in a God awful side for the majority of hios career with balls kicked at his feet, 10m the opposite direction to which he is leading or over his head that far he would need to stand on an opponents head just to get a fingertip on it. Will be watching on this year and the next few while Port are rebuilding and seeing if Tredders can get anywhere near his form when the Power were going great. It would be interesting to see how Tredders goes now that he wont be getting fed the ball lace out constantly all the while having 2-3 defenders sitting back in front/hanging off the side of him.

You might be surprised how quickly Port will come on next year. The bigger question will be if Tredrea can get over his injuries. I take your point that Richo has done well in a generally mediocre side.

Richo. Clearly. Probably twice the player Rocca is or ever was.

Richo works the whole ground. Rocca is instantly knackered if he moves beyond the goalsquare, embarrassingly so.

Well Said.

Richo is one of the most underrated player that has played in the modern era.

His Goalkicking abilities, His CONTESTED marking ability, his matchwinning ability, his athletic ability is all second to none, and this is all with one of the worst kicking midfields of our time delivering him the ball. The reason we were even competitive in those years from 1995-2004 and this is with some major injuries that has happened to him. Wayne Carey has actually said he was the best Contested mark he has seen.

I clearly remember one year when Glen Jackovich and Ashley McIntosh were billed to play on Matthew and all week the build up to this Friday Night encounter was Richo (who was in career best form) vs the best two defenders in the league..... Went to the game, Richo ran Jacko ragged after a quarter and had 3 goals and about 6 marks, then Ashley went on him and struggled to keep up with him, Richo ended up kicking 6, but taking close to 20 marks and having close to 30 touches, was brilliant as they come at his best.

I know a certain footballer who said he hated playing on Richo as he said "Richo never stopped running I just could not keep up".

I said "Yeah he never stopped running but they never stopped kicking it over his head".

Matthew Richardson will always be my all time favorite footballer because of what he has done on the field (which has been nothing short of LEGENDARY), and the person he is off it, One of the best blokes you will ever meet!

To Compare him to Anthony Rocca is the biggest crime I have seen. Puff - Puff cant polish Richo's boots.

Why would you vote for Rocca? He is one of the worst key forwards in recent history. Heart like a pea. Unfit, soft, just an awful excuse for an AFL footballer.
Richo by the length of the Flemington straight

Mate i couldnt pick a more unreliable kick for goal if i looked through the ranks of the under 10's EDFL league.
