He hyper-extended his knee earlier in the season. Against Port. Has had it strapped since but seems to be moving OK. Would that be it?
I didn't see the segment either but it most likely was just talking about how the bye round will help him get on top of a niggle or two.

No it looked like he was feeling for the centre of the top of his leg..a driver/quad maybe..but it was only a split second footage and maybe nothing or minor?. I am just being over cautious as he is far too valuable to risk playing with any form of injury right now
He was asked about his knee strapping and he said it's not necessary but made him feel better

As opposed from kicking around corners when straight out in front of goal...
Seems to have improved goal kicking accuracy. The margin for error in where the boot makes contact with the ball is a lot greater.

So far the "Thilthorpe method" has 100% accuracy at AFL level!
