I hate debutants as subs but I understand this one

Without injuries Moir wouldn’t be close to selection purely because he doesn’t have the engine yet

If he can come on mid way through 3rd quarter and have an impact, get a feel for AFL football then that’s a big positive

Meanwhile we've got nothing but debutants in the emergencies, because we've got nothing else.

A less stubborn and cowardly match committee would have already blooded another 2 or 3 of those and Binns for more than a quarter, because we've needed the relief with so much of our senior depth being chronically injured.
