This is true. I read that when Zara Phillips (Princess Ann's daughter) lost her baby, she said the hardest part was telling people. She also said she was surprised and grateful when so many people responded, many of them having been in the same situation.

I didn’t think it was that common at that age.
Having kids over the last few years that are all healthy make sure you really thankful and appreciate life.
