Ah I remembered this post somehow and it randomly popped up into my head when I was playing on the weekend.Priceless, very true I think the guy is naive and new to gambling !
Anyways in relation to your comment, place $640 on the Hawks to make the 8 at $1.03 and you walk away (lol should) with about $20 !
If your risking that amount of money for $10 then you really do not understand the concepts of gambling. I expect to lose, but I hope to win more than I lose !
Funny how certainties don't always happen.
But back to roulette. There are new machines floating around as my local had them installed recently and the payouts for the numbers are quite random, makes you wonder why you would bother playing a wheel with 36 numbers and 0 only to be paid out $33 when you have $1 on the single number. Heck they could set the payout 30-1 and people would still play.
