Shuey at ~ 570k (barring injury) can only improve. So it's great pick in that regard I reckon.

Good point....I might just grab a cheaper premo. I have about 2 extra rookies on field than most others so I really can’t afford to be grabbing Gawn and Neale in consecutive weeks.
The positive Gawn news today also helps, at least I have a VC option now. If Gawn missed this week I would have got Neale

I thought Close played well last week, will be shocked if Steven replaces him. Simpson though...almost accepted that he will get dropped. Scott said Steven will play either this game or the next, just have to hope it’s the next one.

Here I am thinking that Cripps is a burden that I have to hold...I don’t mind the other picks but Cripps will just infuriate you every second week.

All come with their issues of course. Cripps probably the pick of the lot but of course I own him already.
Classic Bevo had bont camped up forward due to not having any forward options.
All that meant was Bont just watched a game of football instead of playing in it.
Once Naughton is back Bont will be a shout.
I probably wouldnt touch Fyfe with his injuries this year.

Bont to Neale in Rd 3 (or thereabouts) was one of the best moves I made this year....
About 5 weeks ago, i was tossing up "under-priced" Danger and Bont.. went the latter, nearly a nil all draw at this point although Danger has had higher highs.
Hurts even more when im not a Crae owner and watching WB games.. it hurts my eyes

Help... This is the first week I've struggled a little with trades, or my last trade in this case.
My team: Rank 289
Trades so far: Xerri to Draper & B.Williams to Watson (chasing BE)
My last trade is basically a free sideways trade as I'd like to leave Davis for the Vice Captain loop.
Thinking either Simpkin (will he continue to play FWD??) or next in line would be a Viney upgrade since that was always the plan and I missed the boat on Houston and Smith this week due to earlier games.
Simpkin to Dusty or anyone similar priced.

Viney to Duncan or anyone similar priced.
Dusty was on my black list but seems reasonable value and can't be much worse than Simpkin in the last 3. Happy to look at a cheaper priced value player to bank some money as well.

Why don't you have Lloyd in the backline? He is a must have. You need to get him in now.
Injuries and not getting him allowed me to use that money elsewhere for value picks. I'm not saying I don't want him in but if I had bought him in earlier I simply wouldn't be where I was. My only mistake would be in hindsight to have traded him for Houston this week and adjusted my other trades accordingly, but that's done now.
I, like many am contemplating Dusty/Zorko but,

AFC debutant Lachie Scholl (DEF $170K). JS is pretty shaky, but if you desperately need a $170K rookie downgrade, he's an option.

McPherson out means I have no cover for B.Smith if he's a late out.
Yeh, same boat.
Working on a trade now. If the bloke can't run, how's he gonna rack up a decent score anyway?
His run, carry, kick & bursts through the middle are what we picked him for.
Already dreading the Gawn late out but the fact they've dropped both McDonalds shows Gawn is likely to play. Surely the dees could win this even with Jackson against ROB.
Rivers emergency so McPherson will be my loop option now.

In order to get Taylor to Zorko I can either do
Budarick down to a 170k mid or Schoenberg
or
Smith down to Bailey.
Leaning towards the latter. Smith was very inconsistent, might be good to get rid of him.

I think the Simpkin to Dusty move is a good one. I traded out Simpkin this week to get Whit.
However, with the BrSmith injury cloud and MacPherson being managed this week, maybe you could look at moving Smith on? You can make money by trading him to T Stewart.
Also just saw that LDU is being rested, so you could hold Simpkin one more game and hope that he gets more CBAs.
