Re: Daniel - imo he's always been KOTD. Massive (but tiny) seagull that kicks backwards and sideways most of the time. Just cause he runs around in circles waving the ball about before hand-balling backwards doesn't get him more points.

Some games he's more aggressive with his disposal and should score well, but last night he wasn't doing anything decisive.

He also can't defend very well, got out marked a bit last night, does that cost points?

No idea honestly, I'd expect him to be doing Jones role but Rutten has mentioned wanting to play him more up the ground

Plenty of clangers and cheap possessions, but I think a large part of the reason he got marked harshly for the amount of ball he had was that even a lot of his 'effective' possessions put a teammate right under the pump.

So while he didn't statistically cause a turnover and statistically had an 'effective' disposal, he was often the primary reason a possession chain snapped and smacked them in the face.

Went Gawn VC, thinking Grundy will get the C (other options are Fyfe, Merrett, Laird, Ziebell).

Got a few things to work out.

RCD v Robertson v Poulter v Berry for M8 (can't loop on this line)... I can move Martin into my Mids and play Waterman or Madden but feel one of the mids will have the bigger ceiling.

Looping Highmore down back (via Bowes) and then to decide between L. Jones & Koschitzke for D5 & D6...
