I felt bad doing so but, gee whiz, did I ever laugh hard when I read that.

Because he played on Rocca who is the only player in the league as slow as him. Even Richo will beat him for pace. In his last year of footy he has to be played only when needed (which seems against Collingwood only) otherwise its better to play Carroll who next year will be responsible for the types like Richo.

Two years ago, Richo got absolutely towelled up (held to 1 goal) by Al Nicholson in the 'Brown Broken Leg' game at Telstra Dome. Nicho wasn't exactly quick.

Holland played on Richo in Round 15 last year. Holland had 12 disposals to Richo's 8 and held Richo to 2 goals.

If Richo uses any extra speed to get his possessions outside 50, I won't be worried. One-on-one near goal I'd back Holland a fair bit of the time.
