Interesting, you'd think Hill is a certain in if fit, as of course is Shuey, so who else goes out?

McInnes and Weedon just being recognised for good wafl form probably.

Hopefully McGinnity and Butler out. The longer Waters and Butler play together, the greater the odds of Waters getting injured!

Out Newman, McGinnity, Butler
In: Shuey, Hill, Weedon

Wouldn't mind seeing what Weedon could offer in the backline.

The consensus of this board would be McGinnity but the match committee seem determined to keep playing him.

Honestly don't know who else would be in the gun.

There was word during the week that Butler had some soreness? So maybe try out Weedon in his spot see how that works out. Sorry but Patty has to go he really has been disappointing this year its like he tries way to hard.

I know that he probably won't play, but how has Weedon been playing in the WAFL? I understand he's playing a half-back position now?

Apparently been pretty solid in defence. I'd say he's cover for Butler who was only walking laps earlier in the week.

That still leaves 1 more to come out assuming Hill and Shuey are certain ins (both named in the starting 18).
It'll probably be someone in the extended I/C bench. Hopefully McGinnity or A.Selwood but probably Sheppard or Brennan.

Could be Hams/Sheppard out for Shuey.

Weedon getting a game in defence ahead of Stevenson & Smith (assuming Butler doesn't play)? The writing's on the wall there...

Is Stevenson ever a chance of playing?

Everyone would love him to play but who do you take out? Behind Waters/Hurn/Schofield/Butler/Selwood/Brennan/Sheppard on the back flanks and behind Gaff/Rosa/Embley on the wings. No room for him at the minute.

Good to see my old mate Jimmy Hawksley getting named for the Lions too :)

Bench I hope will be ASelwood, Brennan, Sheppard and Hams.. I get the feeling one of them will go for McGinnity though

Strange inclusion of Weedon - but according to the reports you guys give on the WAFL games he seems to be doing quite well in defence and had a very solid game last week..
