Anyone considered Michael Johnson at all? Looking at moving on Terlich this week and thinking of going a little bit unique. Definitely doesn't attarct a tag and with Freo's nice run home could be perfect to get some nice scores. Obviously the other options are Malceski/Enright, but both seem to have toughish runs home and also were disappointing with the forward tag on the weekend

Or trade Goldy instead and start Nicholls.

I traded Goldy to Sam Rowe. I'm taking a punt here. I have started Nicholls the last 3 weeks. I am also now starting Blicavs (spelling).

Had to get money some how to trade out Bartel (1 week suspension) to Stevie J who will absolute slaughter Saints this coming round

Actually, no it would just mean I'd have to have clisby as my d7 for this week, and shift staker to the forwards.

So I suppose Bartel out is a goodish thing, as it may cause issues for others, and I'd planned to have him as D7 anyway.

Huge cost difference, you may have to downgrade elsewhere to have enough for that trade.

Ill start by saying I missed the weekends game as I was overseas...but from what I saw of him in the Freo game and with our current injury list I would say he's a good chance to play the majority of the season out.

I thought the same thing about Wilson too, however

I traded out Goldstein as he may be rested this week anyway and Daw may come in. Goldy is buggered, he even said so himself. I traded Goldy out for Sam Rowe. Am starting Nicholls & Blicavs (Spelling) so am taking a risk but feel I will make that points differents up with a Bartel to Stevie J trade.

He has been impressive and has looked good against opposition small forwards which is where WC have struggled this year. Unfortunately he does a fair bit of competition with Wooshas favourite A.Selwood somehow still getting games, Butler probably not far away from a call up, Brennan was a late out, Bennell has been talked up as a lockdown defender, Sheppard has been used in that role and Mcginnity returning from suspension.

This weeks team selection should say a lot.

I like Griffen's run of games at Etihad and this trade completes my midfield (T Mitchell M7).
Hanley well priced and also a run of games at the Gabba...

Changed my tune. Going to go Terlich -> Grimes and Mitchell -> Cotchin.

Was 5k short of the same trades but getting in the cannon instead of Grimes but Grimes' next 3 weeks are very easy and he should do a more than serviceable job for me I would think.

Week after I'll do a double downgrade in preparation to welcome Dayne Beams into the team. From there it should just be luxury trades

Simpson is doing so well though! I feel like my rucks are trucking along fine.

You don't think I need to bring in someone like Swan? I originally thought to bring in Barlow and N. Roo for Monfries and Swallow?

Good pick up on Simpson, one of those rucks stocks (like Gawn) that quietly picked up the number one spot while everyone else was focusing on Nichols. However like all these guys watch out for returning players that could drop them back.

As for upgrades your forwards are the week point and could use at least one upgrade, NRoo, or Cloke to be slightly more unique. Monfries ripe for an upgrade, also perhaps Staker, as you can't rely on him scoring as well when some injured players return.
