Need a bit of advice to confirm to myself that I am doing the right thing here. Original trades saw me going Hind down to a rookie and Brayshaw to Clayton Oliver.

When I saw that Fyfe was out it threw a real spanner in the works. Ordinarily I'd hold him as I expect him to only be out for a week. However I'm 19th overall and not too far off top spot so don't know if I can cop Clarke's 67. Have 6 trades so this is realistically the last of my team improvements as I don't know if I can burn through another to upgrade Brayshaw next week.

So do I trade Brayshaw to Oliver (considered Yeo as well for his ceiling) or Fyfe to Gaff, Duncan or Zorko (learning strongly towards Duncan).

think I've settled on Cogs to Cripps
that leaves me 140k for my next trade
main issues are Setters, Guthrie and Brayspud on field

my options:
A) Guthrie to Hunter/Murphy, Duurs on field (def)
B) Brayspud to Hunter/Murphy, Setters or Duurs on field (mid)
C) Setters to Murphy, no real rookies on field (but still have Guthrie and Brayspud both on field)
D) Duurs to Hunter, no real rookies on field (but still have Guthrie and Brayspud both on field)

I'm leaning towards option A because I think Duurs can outscore Guthrie this week. Option B also an option, just a matter of Brayspud vs Guthrie who scores more? Thoughts?

Firstly, having a chance to win the whole thing while having Brayspud is amazing. Well done.

option A you got Clarke (67) + Oliver/Yeo (105)
option B you got Brayspud (80) + Gaff/Duncan (110)

I think Gaff/Duncan will be maybe 5 pts better per game than Yeo from here. Yeo will have a few huge games so that's why I think he won't be too far behind Gaff/Duncan (who will be consistent but not huge). But...If you think this week is the last week for improvements than Bray just has to go, you won't win with him in your team. I might even be generous giving Bray an 80 predicted avg, could be much worse. Just take the minor points hit this week (it really won't be that much). Then you got Fyfe back to replace Clarke and Fyfe will be much better than Brayspud. Yeo will be close enough to Gaff/Duncan.
So I would trade Bray and get Yeo, cop Clarke for a week and hopefully welcome back Fyfe next week.

someone talk me out of getting Murphy, I'm tempted by his next 2 games. But is he good enough to keep at M8 for the rest of the year? I doubt I will be able to trade him out later if I do get him.

just traded in Murphy....worst case is he makes as much cash this week as Brayspud loses this week.
