What happened with Sheed when Gaff went out was that he took on the centre bounces that Gaff was taking. Gaff had a career high average for centre bounce this year up until his suspension and Sheed took those from him. Combined with his added fitness levels, I really think this will be a breakout year from Sheed. Obviously 130 is at the higher end of what you'd expect from him but I think he should be able to average 100 across the course of the season.

Considering:
Greene->Worpel

Or

Greene->Schultz
Bailey Smith->Newman

Next week I have to trade out Dusty so that's one trade already. Then I don't have Schultz or Scott so I either pull the trigger on one this week or I miss out on one of them. I'm more confident in Scott but can't get him in as well as Newman because of my lack of forward/mid dpp.

I loved Worpels midfield time last week but it took him a very good game (28 disposals) to get to 101 DT points.

Leaning towards Newman as his role was very very juicy in round 1.

Worpel also had to kick 2 goals. Clarko said on Talking Footy that he will need help and support in the midfield as he's a young player. I just have no confidence in Clarko playing him as a full time mid. It's unlikely he just lets Worpel try and fill the void that Titch has left. Worpel might do enough and earn enough cash leading in to the bye that you could do one trade to a fallen premo, but then again he may not.

Newman had 21 kicks and 5 handballs at 84% efficiency. Who else do they have down there that can do that ?? No one in my opinion.

Irrelevant where player is named mate. Players often named out of position. He will play on ball. He’s been smashed in the media this week so I would expect him to come out firing and go big this week

This is correct. Heeney was named in the middle then lined up on the half forward line to start the game.
