Flanders looks ready to make the transition and could play early next year across half forward.

Serong was brilliant in close, has very clean hands.

And finally Young and Ash were damaging off half back. I wouldn't mind seeing Young in the black and white but he's a top 5 pick for me.

Flanders would just about be my pick for next years RS.

You can just tell he's going to be a bit of a bargain because he's not a graceful looking player and appears "older" than some of the other players. Essentially the Moneyball syndrone.

Could see him averaging 18d/1g next year as a high half forward.

He does everything pretty neat. looks a little like shuey. Id be happy to take him around pick 5 or 6.

- Hayden Young was incredible. Almost everything VC did went through him.
- Ash's dash is incredible. He's the type of player that will run himself into trouble from time to time but he'll be the best line breaker in the comp 5 years from now.
- Flanders is so smooth, so versatile. Wouldn't shock me to see him being the most impactful rookie early in his first year.
- Rowell and Anderson are incredible, only a couple of Metros players could hold their head high in that loss. Those 2 easily Metros best. They're future stars.
