Game Day Round 3 2021: Richmond vs Sydney MCG 1:45pm

It is crap, but I think that I’d rather focus on the crap that our midfield have served than the umps. Probably an unpopular opinion on this thread right now but I feel like most of the frees that were paid to Sydney were there. It’s just that our players are under a lot of pressure right now, forcing some of them to do dumb things.

Two stick out that they shouldn’t have gotten, the deliberate against Astbury came off the side of his boot, and the free against Balta just now.
Some of the stuff we haven’t been paid is just ridiculous. Incorrect disposal is out the window. We got a goal out of it but Aarts ‘dropped’ a mark when they paid 10 times worse to Heeney.

I think we should be about 4 goals down.

Yeah but at the same time they’ve missed some easy shots at goal (something like 4 posters) so I think that the scoreline is reflective of the thumping we’re experiencing right now. That’s the reason why I don’t want to focus on the umps too much when the margin is 40 points at half time
