Got to say, its fascinating to watch.
This weeks rib eye steak on the menu seems to be Tim Taranto.

40K more gets you Acres and Charlie Curnow. I looked and looked, and for the life of me i cant see what the hell they did wrong last week to go off so fast.
Both backed up big first rounds with 90+...and for losing mobs.
Acres 117avge. 4th best start for a fwd. Curnow 111 avge, 6th best start for a fwd.

Who started the stampede ?...and why did other options seem to suddenly go on the nose after backing up great first games ?

havent made my ZGL > Venables move as yet

With Garlett getting 64 as E, I am thinking I don't trade ZGL and use him as a loophole, and use the trade to turn Lobb into Taranto / Acres instead.

What are peoples thoughts on this move? If its a good idea, which one of Acres or Taranto - thinking the Tarantula at this stage...

Have Murray on bench as an EMG. Only way to get his score is to trade Naughton to Barry VIA Sicily and Finlayson or Fog to A fwd rookie (under 265k and already have Ryan, Fritsch and ZGL).

Is it worth it? If so, who do I bring in?

Or better off just trading Naughton or Fog to Murphy?

Bad idea. Lobb scored 97 in the 1st round and should improve throughout the season due to a limited PS. The 58 last week was against Grundy who's the form ruck atm.

Lobb is likely to average the same as acres/taranto without wasting a trade.

Only up against Sinclair too. I might have a rethink thanks!

I'm with you .....Lobb with a limited PS, should only get better as the clubs ruckman ......too early to jettison him .....hold !

I'm confused ......do you have Sicily in your team ? .....that was your solution?

But don't waste a trade to get the score unless the trade was originally planned

Sicily down FWD.

Fog out (In mids), Finlayson to Mids (from D6), Sicily to D6 (will get Murray score). Also have Garlett in Mids but can’t move him as he is locked out so I would have to bring in a fwd. Higgins?

I was originally going to bring in Murphy/Barry for Fog. I can still get Either if them for Fog but won’t get Murray score

So you never had a DPP player in your team (keefe) to enable Sicily to move between DEF & FWD's ? .......but that's why you should have been choosing him, for this exact situation ....maybe not the using of Sicily as the loop, but certainly Keefe / Murphy (coll)

Your only move now is to bring a Keefe / Murphy (coll) in Def .......but IMO you'll have to miss the score, as whoever you replace is still mooing .....maybe do that in a few weeks IF you still have Sicily in your team

I take it thats a thumbs up? If it comes from tox it must be true

No bud.

Going lobb to trac or acres is sideways and a waste of a trade imo.

If lobb didnt give away 4 frees last week his score is pretty good. And from memiry had 10 odd clangers
Hold true

Undecided whether to go super aggressive this week (already used 1st trade for Naughton > Bonner) or to hold or downgrade & build the bank. Cripps & Kreuz sub-par scores are tempting me to bring in Gray a week earlier than planned. (29 trades & $239,200 avail. $300 short to do Dunkley>Heeney) Thoughts?

Option A: Dunkley > L Ryan (Bank 419k) rookie to Danger in 2 weeks, but weaker forward line
Option B: Dunkley > R Gray (Bank 32k) 1 Christensen upgrade away from complete forward line
Option C: Hold Dunkley (b/e 21) this week for 15-25k price rise which would leave bank at around 250-260k & 29 trades.
