JT robbed of the match-winning try, shocking decision from the bunker IMO.
Hard call to make imo, I don't really blame the bunker for that one and I would have been fine with it going either way. Looked like Thurston may have lost control of it

Had the on field ref called it a try, I reckon they bunker would have given it and I would have been fine with that

Broncos out of jail there.

The decision(s) to kick the penalties looked stupid at the time, cowboys were always going to come back and not scoring tries should have cost Brisbane. Wonder how much criticism of that there will be now they've squeaked home.

Great game though.

I think taking 4 penalty goals against a side like the Cowboys is ALWAYS the wrong decision. Against other teams it's probably the right decision, but the Cowboys are never out of it and can score points at a rapid pace. I think Wayne Bennett and the coaching staff need to look at this for future games against the Cowboys because I feel like we got out of jail tonight.

Great game tonight. Milford what a player.

Bad luck Cowboys, feel like they were the better team.
Yea I also felt like they were the better team tonight. Especially being up 3 tries to 2 and still losing the game

Those 4 bloody penalty goals by the Broncs haha

Well that sucked, luckily there was a fair few Cowboys fans around me which made the result slightly bearable as there was plenty of good banter

Cowboys shouldn't have even been in that position after Brisbane were robbed of the Gillett so called 'no try'. How that was sufficient evidence to overturn I'll never know.

Well it wasn't the wrong decision, was it? It allowed them to win the game really.

I actually think it's really smart. Ends up the equivalent of more than a converted try. If they'd not taken them and hadn't scored, people would be saying they should have.

We got lucky though. If the ref says try to JT and not no try we lose plain and simple. We won't get that lucky again against a side like the Cowboys.

Don't get me wrong I'm all for taking the 2 if it puts us up by 6 or 8 points but it's hard to gain any momentum if you keep taking penalty goals. Of course sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't. Bennett loves taking the 2 when it's on offer and it got us to a second of a title last season so nothing will change and that's fine with me.

Doesn't help when the first penalty we should have had one of their campaigners put in the bin (James Roberts line break). Was happy for most of the 2's taken, except the 2nd one where I thought we had a chance to score a try
