I don't want to jinx anything... but these are the kind of day 4 chases that Tassie has a history of pulling off.

Hopefully they make it worth tuning in tomorrow.

I'd still feel better about the whole situation if Webster hadn't spent 2 and a half days running drinks instead of being released to... you know, play cricket.
 
Tassie should be looking to go for these runs now. 50 or so overs left in the day?
Yeah, 113 over innings. I reckon they aim to be 150 behind around the new ball and have a crack

The run rate on this coverage has been wrong all day, it's really starting to piss me off now that it's relevant to assessing where the game is at.

Cricinfo is saying a minimum of 38 overs left. If we assume that's right (I thought it would be closer to 44 with the rain delays on day 2), 190 off 38 with only 6 wickets remaining? That's bang on 5 an over, so the win is off the table for the Tigers. If feels like a really long tail with Hope at 6.

For the overs Hope and Owen (don't) bowl, surely it's just worth picking an extra batter?
