I don't think Gibbs has been that bad. It's just that Pagan plays him in the back pocket. Be nice to see Gibbs get a run on the half back flank or on the wing. He's pretty good with his disposal unlike a lot of other carlton players.

I'm not suggesting he deserves to be dropped on form, I just think it may aid his development to perhaps drop back and dominate a game or two in the magoos and then come back with a renewed hunger and confidence.
