Hopefully the club gets a skills coach for the women's team. The skill level is atrocious. Sorry to be so blunt.....

Why is the skill level so bad, compared to other teams? The Carlton girls are hitting targets easily...
If there was a forum to ask the club questions about the AFLW, l would be asking that, Why is the skill level so poor?

Cann and Bonnici get alot of ball, but do very little with it. I will harp on it, the club needs to trade out players of value, reset and get multiple picks in the top end of the draft....

I am staggered at how poor the skills are, l am just wondering what the coaches are actually doing...
I'm a member of our women's team, but we really need to see improvement in this team in skill and personnel, otherwise alot will be jumping off this team, which would be disappointing

I would be looking at trading out one of Bonnici, Cann or Davey, also looking at a Butler, Rowe, Schleicher and James, and seeing what we can get pick wise for a couple of these players...
