Thought this could be done weekly just like the AFL site does, but I like to think we can do better.

What's everyones team of the week? I'll kick it off with mine.

B: B.Goodes--------R.Thompson-------A.Rance
HB: S.Mitchell---------H.Taylor---------A.Mackie
C: B.Gibbs-----------J.Selwood--------S.Pendleburry
HF: B.Deledio---------T.Cloke-----------B.Howlett
F: P.Chapman--------J.Shultz----------C.Mayne
R: S.Mumford------J.Watson--------G.Ablett

B: A.Swallow R.Griffen M.Barlow H.Harlett

I'm sure I've missed someone, but that's my team.

Bench full of mids? Other than that good effort.

Pretty good. Sam Mitchell coming off a HBF is pretty suss though. I'd also have Minson as the ruckman, but my bias may be more than yours :p. He was dominant though.

Probably agree. Mumford dominated up front and was OK in the ruck, but the lack of pre-season training affected his running and he didn't finish as strongly as others.

Missing Kieran Jack though, best on ground in his game and would have been one of the best on ballers for the round. Chapman was good but forward pocket? He played a follower role today. Take off Bryce Gibbs as well.

Liberatore Jnr has to be in the midfield.......he was simply awesome

I think I didn't want to appear too bias, if it was my team I could put 10+ dogs in there ;).

Thompson at FB? Don't get carried away just because he's young, there were better defenders this week.

Such as? Carlisle maybe?

Nathan Brown was awesome and young Roughead was good too for the Bulldogs. I'd have Sidebottom over Deledio as he played 4 quarters.

Lower is another who you could consider given his job on Rich.

Thread needs more Cotchin.
B.o.g. Unless you think Gibbs was more influential, but lets get serious, cotchin and his steady hand approach to the last 10 minutes alone was brilliant

Toss up between the two for mine.

Cotchin was the bloke doing most of the damage in the clearances for you blokes. He was the difference.

Then again Gibbs with 2 goals and 34 disposals (14 contested) was no slouch in almost dragging us across the line.
