Even worse than that, from what my very quick google search found, it comes from a fandom wiki page...

Bueno, si lo quieres, puedo darte unas lecciones de castellano. No es mí primer idioma, pero tengo conocimiento básico de la lengua. Aquí, puedes tener una idea de la dificuldad que es hablar en castellano:

Portuguese is actually harder. Spanish (Castillian) is simpler. The languages are close related, but we have more sounds and more exceptions. Besides, Spanish is written the same everywhere. In Portuguese, the lusophone countries made a recent effort to unify Grammar, but it failed ridiculously. There are many differences that still remain.

Portuguese was the last of the main Romance languages to come into being. A Brazilian poet, Olavo Bilac, called it the "Last Flower of Latium." Here, his poem about the Portuguese language (translated version by Frederic G. William):
The Portuguese Language

Last flower of Latium, wild, uncultured, fair,
You are, at once, both splendor and the grave:
Pure gold, the gangue's impurities don't bare
A mine that's veiled 'mid rocks and graveled.

I love you thus, unknown, obscure and hidden,
A blaring trumpet, lyre of guilelessness,
Whose fury's like the sea that's tempest ridden,
Whose lullabies are love and tenderness!

I love your lush green woods and perfume wrung,
From virgin jungles and expansive sea!
I love you, rude and sorrowful native tongue,

In which my mother said: "dear son of mine!"
In which Camões bemoaned, grieved exile he,
His luckless genius and love's tarnished shine!
Língua Portuguesa (Olavo Bilac)

Última flor do Lácio, inculta e bela,

Amo o teu viço agreste e o teu aroma
De virgens selvas e de oceano largo!
Amo-te, ó rude e doloroso idioma,

Em que da voz materna ouvi: "meu filho!"
E em que Camões chorou, no exílio amargo,
O gênio sem ventura e o amor sem brilho!

Never watched or heard of it, but it seems to have a very complex world within the story from the 30 seconds of a plot summary I read

Yeah...it took a good few episodes to get into it, but it was pretty good from the middle of the season.

I have a brother-in-law who's a Bambi, too. Great club. It is the third force in São Paulo, though; behind Palmeiras and Corinthians.

Great Portuguese, by the way.

What the **** has happened to this thread? We're being dragged down to Spamrats standards. Truly sad day for the league when we have to resort to typing in different languages just to banter in a match thread.

I write one post with one line in a vampire language with no further language discussion and apparently have derailed the entire thread. Think we’ve got the evidence here that the Vampires have credibility in this league Millky95 .

More generally, The Half Back ‘s point is for everyone to lift for the rest of the week, which I agree with. It’s Wednesday so time to step it up.
