Prince Alfred have some young yr 11's to watch in season 08 who will make a huge impact, Craig Pitt (Glenelg) Jack Kelly (Glenelg) and the big names Jack Trengove(Sturt) and Luke Tapscott (North). Prince Alfred heading for a huge year lead by superstar James Van Hoof, Freak Jack Stephens and hard nurry Angus Rowntree

Oh I have seen him play 'a few times' ;)
Was a good game in anyone's book. He has played better, but his efforts were solid indeed.

Question is, is his size AFL compliant? Not quite tall enough?

Will be a fair gun though!

phil davis at st peters is one of the best players in the competition, his ability to play in any position is better than any other, his athletic ability is fantastic for someone that is around 6'5.

Another Rostrevor superstar off the ranks is Dexter Ho
Asian prodigy who started at Rostrevor in 2007
won the best and fairest in the first XVIII as a year 10 while kicking 50 goals.
Is too young to attend this years draft but will be a certain top ten draft pick in 2009
Is a very solid unit and likes to get under the opposition players skin by dishing out lip
look out
Dexter Ho is definately a potential AFL player. His unbelievable pace and strength allows him to outplay most opponents. I watched him in a few pre-season matches and he was very exciting to watch.

R.Brooks is also a good ball-winner who looks set to debut in the fourth's this year.Goodluck to him.

Any Sacred Heart lads look promising? There always seems to be a smokey either picked up from SHC or someone clubs are keeping an eye on? Any this year?

Id like to give a big congratualtions to C. O'malley. Making his debut in the 2nds this week due to an injury. Will play 1sts in a couple of games, just needs to get back to full fitness. Expect big things from this bloke. Absolute superstar and doesnt mind throwing his weight around as well. Try not to get in his way because u will probably be on the end of a chokeslam

Van Hoof watch out when he is back, PAC WILL beat SHC with him.

your joking aren't you mate sacred heart were with out crettenden = big loss and redden was playing his first game back from injury so wasnt at full fitness and the next time you play sacred heart if you do they might have clunes back aswell..
you makin a big call by saying that just cause of van hoof

Guys i cant believe you are forgetting 3 of the BEST year 11's sacred heart have ever produced, Michael 'Jenno' Jennings, Jack 'Albman' Curtis and Alex 'Wingnut' Safari. These three legends will without a doubt be 1,2,3 in the 2009 AFL draft and if they arent then everyone can kill me because im so confident. Wingnut can quit mountain biking right now and put all his focus into footy because he can win a brownlow in his debut season. Jack and Michael are the 2 longest left foot kicks in the business and i have personally seen them kick goals from at least 65m into the wind. Jack has white hair and huge muscles and the girls love him and that means at least 35 possessions every week and 6 goals. Jenno is massively well hung and sometiems his wang can be seen hanging out of his shorts when hes lining up from 70 out on the boundary. I once got a sneek peek of his 'snake' when he kicked 10 against St. Peters and won the game off his own boot. Stop talking about the likes of Redden, Hitchcock, Armfield or Homburg and concentrate on the real guns from Sacred Heart. Coldfish99, making his long awaited return to bigfooty.com with a bang, signing off.

Our greatest chance of a draftee this year is one of our graduates from 07 hamish hartlett. he will more than likely go in the top ten if not the top 5. in our team for 08 jack redden is our greatest chance but dont rule out players such as cameron hitchcock who is on the short lists of a few clubs.

i agree with barn, jack 'reddog' redden is definately one of the strongest players out their for sacred heart. But another one to look at is #5 zach ellis, a little firey red nut who hits the packs hard and gets plenty of the ball. definately one to watch.

sacreds will definately be unstopable with a full team this season consisting of clunes, devisser, crettenden and steven merrett who are all out injured at the moment. All of thos three would make any 1sts footy team in australia with ease.

cretto is average. who is clunes? pac will win next time for sure.

ur a joke mate, cretto cant be too average if he has been playing 1sts for SHC since year 10. he is a well deserving captaion of the team and is also the firsts cricket captain ontop of that. has the more courage than any other player in the league and backs that up every week on the feild.

as for darren clunes, he is a lost soul. definately has plenty of natural talent and has the petential to make it at the highest level but is continuously sidelined through injury, a major setback for the tall forward.

1st cricket captain, huge thing at sacred heart is it?. Pity ur one of the shitter schools at cricket in the state. and hitchcock is way to small to get drafted.
