It was SA 'players to watch' NOT SA 'school players to watch'. The school reference in the original post was just to familiarize with names, and Hartlett was not even mentioned there. You may notice, had you read the posts, that Hartlett (and Ebert for that matter) were brought up in 'comparative' terms to Matty Panos.

Geeez.

Sorry its just considering this thread is in the School Football section I assumed it would of made sense to just speak about those still at school?

yea some good players mentioned there. has any1 heard of aaron killian from eagles junior ranks in SA? he has been playing 19s all year despite some major injury setbacks. amazing athelte, made AIS squads for both high jump and sprinting. great pair of hands and developing foot skills. afl ready body. he would be a smokey for first round despite going under tha rader and under tha knife 9 months ago. If not early in 2nd round. please discuss and share any thoughts . . .

Panos is a good player with a very accurate kick and a strong pair of hands. BUT if any opposition put a player on him who pushes him around and tries to get into his head mentally, he will crack and not get a kick. have seen it happen plenty of times.

Trengove.....gun, skillfull and fit
Van Hoof.....gun, born leader, strong agressive player
Redden.......gun, skillfull and athletic
Tapscott.....gun, tough, hard and skillfull
Heath.........gun, tough and relentless

These are the players to look out for

To even mention van hoof in the same sentence as these guns is disrespectful. deserves to be shot, lazy backman and a worse captain. pac would have done better this seasonw ithout him. trengrove is a gun and redden a freak, counted possetions playing firsts last year as a year 11 was 48 and that was just for an average game, one of the rare players that works for his possetions. havent heard much about heath, wheres he play?
