Salary cap.

Was going to jump in and say similar, but thought it best if you address it first. (lest the implication be directed at me).
A great example is the Tony Lockett recruitment being knocked on the head at board level.
My understanding is it’s fairly common for the board to be invited to provide their opinion.
But then again, what would I know?

Don’t you have to pay 95% of the salary cap each year at a minimum ? I know there are a couple of small exceptions to the rule. But if so are not every club under a tight salary cap and cap pressure ?

I just find it an odd argument from the media and they are so persistent with it

If people go of media reports about our cap, we are well over. I don’t trust any of them about it
