Never jailed before which is very different. Apparently we'll known for lesser offences but let off again and again because of mental health so it looks like another death due to progressive judges and laws that protect the crim.

Probably nowhere. His lawyer said to the judge on the record that is was his first time in custody. I don't know how you could have a record without being in custody at least once. And his lawyer is the guy with his name on the building, so I really doubt he'd lie on the record on such an easily disprovable fact.

Under services it lists a whole bunch of crimes, but nothing about murder. It does however include 'bail' as a service.

So he may only have been a lawyer for today.

I don’t think he’s a nutter. Has never been in trouble before. Likely he made some impulsive and panicky decisions.

And the fact he looks to have covered his tracks, hid the body etc, points to the fact he knew exactly what he was doing. Pretty hard to claim mental illness IMO.

If local, would have known the area, might have even planned disposal in a mine shaft or would have known where they were.

Probably a bit late now. We all know who he is. There’s even a picture of him in this thread.

The bigger photo that one was cropped from (where he’s standing in between his parents) was deleted from the footy club page pretty quickly. Some of the comments under it were awful, directed at the parents.

So there was in all fareness a threat to the community if this person has now been charged with straight out murder. Been walking around for four weeks.
