The Hill/Clay case definitely proved the worth of the defence getting in early to control the evidence to be presented and therefore the narrative

Unless the whole case is evidence based purely upon phone pings. access to her health details on her phone app and CCTV?

No ROI, no witnesses with alibis and only a small amount of contextual evidence?

His whole defence going to be it wasn't me, no where near the place?

The Prosecution are going to have dotted the "I"'s and crossed their "T"'s to get a conviction and I would suggest that all of us are going to know more than we thought possible about the Mobile Phone system and ralated apps

No, if the defence can blow one hole in one element of evidence and can extrapolate to how it's applied to the totality of the whole narrative, he'll walk

Wonder whether the prosecution are not even suggesting a motive and not tying the narrative to that?

Purely basing on the electronic circumstantial evidence?

An unprecedented amount of evidence is the news statement today. Sounds like a lot of circumstantial evidence although I do like corresponding CCTV and Phone data. That's pretty powerful. Interesting times ahead.

I was legislatively forbidden for serving on a jury because of where I worked and for ten years after leaving that job. Got my wife out of jury duty on three ocassions too

When the Victorian statute changed with removed that provision, the replacement reg changed it to a distance of one hour on public transport (or something like that).

I live 1 hour 15 minutes from Flagstaff station on public transport and therefore none of the adults living in the house were ever called up for jury duty again.

I could see the Supreme Court's library dome out of the office window and I want to sit on a jury. Sat through a few as an interested observer though

I got polled once years ago then I enjoyed that same restriction / privilege for 10 years. Actually got to exercise it once, since then haven't been polled.
