Ratugolea "one of the most exciting players in the game".... gee I've heard it all now. "Decent forward prospect" would've been closer the mark. :$

probably from the same people who say Majak Daw is elite (or was elite in 2018).

Excuse me but can you PLEASE be less racist?? Majak is Sudanese let me remind you. We don't speak about Sudanese people like that.

yes, you’re correct. I sincerely apologise to anybody who was offended by my extreme, racist remarks.

Really looking forward to hearing #scottyfrommarketing put his spin on this performance.

To be fair though, he did say they'd play totally different to how they did against the Suns and he is right, they were better against the Suns.

Depends which assistant coach he sends out to take the heat.

Think Matty Knights may have been the sacrificial lamb tonight. Not sure #SaltyScotty is quite ready for the hard questions, even though he has an easy out and simply says but it's preseason so the result doesn't matter. He backs his club into a corner by coming up with the stupid lines like we'll play much better against Essendon, which then doesn't happen.

What's funny is all of us know Scotty would've been out there himself claiming the glory if they'd won. :drunk:

When asked about coronavirus #scottyfromarketing said "Look it's pretty bad but it's not as bad playing an AA defender on the wing, while Tom Lynch tore us a new one"
Surely the worst coaching move of all time.

I’d also appreciate a personal apology, in addition to this blanket apology. Thanks in advance.

He definitely feels he was robbed at least one premiership by Richmond. AFL has given Richmond so much assistance due to their 100k fanbase
Well the problem is, because the AFL feel sorry for little Geelong and realise that more than a year or 2 out of the finals, their infamously soft and fickle supporters will abandon the club and it will be forced to fold or merge with Hawthorn.
That's why they let your club play 9 games on a ground that's not even up to B grade amateur standard, and a healthy number of games at the G, manufacturing your club an unearned place in the finals every year. But then they get quickly exposed as being a team not worthy of finals footy.
It's a catch 22. If they try and stand on their own 2 feet to earn another premiership without doping their players up to the eye balls like they did 2007 - 2011, they'll fold. If they keep going as they are, they'll never get past a prelim.
I feel a bit sorry for poor little Geelong, and it's precious and entitled supporters.
