Searching for employment during the early 1990's Recession

I'm going to be looking for a legal job in two years time and barring a major turm around, I'm pretty much resigned to the prospect of doing honours/joining the army for a few years. Although I have reasonable marks, attending neither Monash nor Melbourne is going to make it nigh on impossible.
