Official Match Thread Season 35 Round 13 - Mount Buller Demons vs Dragons FFC at Snow Dome

Hello everyone, welcome to the Round 13 clash between the Mount Buller Demons and the Dragons FFC at the Snow Dome. The Dragons are experiencing a bit of a form slump, coming off two losses including one to the Roys in Round 12. The Demons sit dead last on the ladder with only 2 wins, however they have enjoyed a much improved few weeks of performances, beating the ladder leaders in R11 before just falling short of the Warriors in R12.

Last Time They Met:

Season 34 Round 6 a game that T2B_ and his Dragons would love to forget, but I am going to remind them of it. What started out as a reasonably close first quarter, turned into a complete disaster for the Dragons who walked away losers to the home team by a massive 78 points. Bluelegs tore apart the Dragons defence with a bag of 9 goals whilst Hate dominated in the ruck and captain manangatang and Greenery dominated in the midfield. HawkAussie was the shining light for the losers with 20 disposals and 8 marks.

Hate vs Strigoi

Hate is putting together a solid season in the ruck with 116 hitouts thus far and was among their bests in their loss against the Warriors with 15 hitouts, 24 disposals and a goal. Strigoi will be looking to bounce back after a horror showing against the Roys with a measly 2 hit outs (assuming she was subbed off early?)

Ljp86 vs Callums_Guns

The Dragons veteran ljp was their best performer against the Roys with 34 disposals and 6 marks on the wing. Callums_Guns had an average first game back for the Dees, but managed to take 4 marks and scored a goal. Hopefully, he will be able to lift in his second game back at the Dees.
