That's their own fault, they need to get a more incompetent Captain. Someone like Pickitt would have got the job done.
That's true. Pickitt failed spectacularly in the admin race. The captain the Furies deserve.

You’d be fine living in Baghdad then.

Alcohol is now illegal to manufacture here, and is being gradually prohibited at border crossings, so it’s difficult to import.

Nightclubs and shisha lounges are at risk if they do sell it, as are bars and liquor stores obviously.

All this just means that alcohol is going underground, like every other illicit substance.

It may be illegal but I know that Crushy had his sources /ways of getting around those laws

I thought our cross town rivals , the Swampies , were the underground folk

Here at Vegas we have don’t even bother hiding our debauchery - we flaunt it

Now Crushy knew how to have a good time! Where’s the fun if it’s all above board?

A little clandestine adventure can add a little spice to an otherwise rudimentary logistical exercise.

The Baghdad Bombers, a group of friends
Their bond, unbreakable till the end
They live life, on their own terms
The truest degenerates, their fire burns

The Baghdad Bombers, they fly high
Through the ups and downs, they never die
Their spirits soar, like the planes they love
Together, they conquer all, like champions above

IMG_1308.jpeg

They come from all walks of life
Different backgrounds, but all share a vibe
Their love for danger, their thirst for thrill
In their eyes, you can see their will

They race the skies, in their metal birds
In the cockpit, they speak no words
Their bond, like the engine's roar
Together, they'll conquer more

IMG_1309.jpeg

The Baghdad Bombers, true friends indeed
Their bond, one of a kind, indeed
Their journey, full of ups and downs
Together, they'll always be around

So are the bombers named after heroic fighter pilots or middle eastern men committing war crimes? Whilst technically in the same category, both very different. Identity crisis at bomberland?

It’s more fun because rather than worrying about being caught , we can revel in being above the law

You’re still right about Crushy though

Ruor has it that he’s still around…

I think they are currently trying to reposition their branding & imagery due to the current world political climate

Yep, with the murmurings of the Bombers folding (some higher ups pushing for a merger) a new identity needs to be considered.

The biggest issue with a possible merger is that there’s very few people that would be interested in being team mates with BLUEALLTHRU & Jabba73

Rename them Trumpys Troops

Ruour is that the reason the Baghdad faithful are so quiet today is that they were all protesting outside Mulgrave voting booths today chanting “Sack Dan Andrews”

For some reason I'd always assumed Pugsley would be a Peter Garrat voter.

Mainly for the dancing, which I think would appeal to pugs.

Did lol

In all seriousness I can think of one ‘neutral’ who might as well already be a Bomber :p

But literally one

We even had the reserves team return to our old roots as the Banditos recently, so it’s a real melange

IMG_8591.jpeg

After a falling out with key figures in Baghdad in S22, the Bandits became a renegade faction with Subcommandante Santoz Sanchez as their leader

A statue stands testament to his iconic role in the Baghdad Bombers and his spiritual leadership of the Baghdad Banditos in exile
