On a more sentimental note, (this is a big tl;dr but give it a burl), I was building houses in Minecraft this morning when I accidentally placed a block in the wrong spot. Just as I removed it, I noticed it kind of looked pretty cool in a way, in a sort of "installation art" mode. So I put it back there, and then created a bunch more at different heights, kind of haphazardly, all within a house block.
I thought it came up really nice, but then I realised the one person who I would have liked to have seen it (the departed artsy-minded missus), isn't with me anymore. So then I had a massive soppy 5 minutes of sentiment before moving on and building more boring houses.
Anyways, I am kind of proud of this. I call it the "Peace Looks Down" exhibit, and it doubles as a kind of rest park along with the odd structures which populate the space. So I'll show it here. It's in Attenboro suburb.
